Overview

CC Law Firm OS is a complete AI-powered operating system built for a Turkey-based law firm that needed to modernise their accounting, case management, and document review processes while maintaining absolute privacy over their client data. This project sits outside Inverta's typical agency-focused work, but when we identified a solution that could genuinely transform how the firm operated, we committed to delivering it.

The firm was drowning in manual processes — three full-time accountants managing all financial records through Google Sheets, case files scattered across multiple storage systems, and no way to leverage AI for document review without risking client confidentiality. They had tried ChatGPT and similar tools but immediately recognised the impossibility of uploading sensitive legal documents to third-party cloud services.

Inverta built a unified system that brings accounting, case management, contract review, and an AI legal assistant together in a single platform — with the critical distinction that the AI runs entirely on the firm's own server infrastructure. No client data, no case files, no contracts ever leave the firm's environment. The AI assistant is trained on legal knowledge from university-level education and is specifically configured to operate as an experienced lawyer, not a generic chatbot.

Key Features

Centralised Accounting

Complete accounting system replacing Google Sheets — all payments, client accounts, taxes, and financial records managed in one place with automated bank integrations.

Private AI Legal Assistant

AI trained on comprehensive legal knowledge, running entirely on the firm's own server. No client data ever leaves the firm's infrastructure.

Case & Document Management

Structured case tracking from intake to resolution, with all documents, contracts, and correspondence in one searchable location.

AI Contract Review

Automated contract analysis that flags potential issues, checks against relevant laws, and provides detailed review notes — saving hours per document.

Bank Integration

Automatic payment tracking from the firm's bank accounts, eliminating manual transaction entry and ensuring financial records are always up to date.

On-Premise Deployment

The entire AI system is deployed on the firm's own servers — completely self-hosted, no cloud dependencies, absolute data sovereignty.

The Problem

The law firm's operational challenges were severe and interconnected. Their entire accounting system ran on Google Sheets — every client payment, every tax calculation, every financial record was tracked in spreadsheets that three full-time accountants maintained manually. With dozens of active clients and a constant flow of new cases, the volume of financial transactions was overwhelming. Errors were inevitable, reconciliation was time-consuming, and producing financial reports required hours of manual work.

Case management was equally fragmented. Case files, contracts, correspondence, and legal documents were spread across different storage locations with no centralised system to track which cases were active, what stage they were in, or which documents belonged to which matter. Finding a specific contract or case note meant searching through multiple folders and files, wasting valuable time that should have been spent on legal work.

The firm recognised the potential of AI to help with document review, legal analysis, and case preparation — tasks that consume enormous amounts of time in any law practice. However, they also understood that client confidentiality is non-negotiable in legal work. Using ChatGPT or Claude meant uploading sensitive case documents to external servers, which was completely unacceptable from both an ethical and a legal standpoint. They needed an AI solution that was as capable as the best available tools but that kept every piece of data within their own infrastructure.

Beyond the AI privacy concern, the firm also needed their accounting system to integrate with their banking — payments coming in and going out needed to flow automatically into the financial management system rather than being manually entered. Grammar and writing quality reviews on legal documents were done manually, and the sheer volume of contracts and cases meant that details were occasionally missed.

The Solution

Inverta designed and built a complete law firm operating system that unifies every operational need into a single platform. The accounting module replaced Google Sheets entirely, providing a centralised system for managing all payments, client accounts, taxes, and financial reporting. Bank integrations automatically pull transaction data into the system, eliminating manual entry and ensuring that financial records are always current and accurate.

The case management system gives the firm a structured way to organise and track every case from intake to resolution. All documents, contracts, correspondence, and case notes live in one place, searchable and accessible to authorised team members. The system tracks case stages, deadlines, and key dates, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks in a busy practice.

The AI legal assistant is the centrepiece of the system, and it is built with a fundamental architectural decision: it runs entirely on the firm's own server. The firm already had strong server infrastructure, and Inverta deployed the AI system directly onto it. Every document uploaded, every query made, every analysis generated stays within the firm's environment — no data is sent to external cloud services, ever.

The AI assistant is not a generic chatbot. It has been trained on comprehensive legal knowledge — the same material taught in law school — and is specifically configured to operate as an experienced lawyer. It can review contracts and flag potential issues, analyse cases against relevant laws and precedents, help draft legal documents with proper grammar and legal terminology, identify specific laws and provisions that the firm's lawyers might miss under time pressure, and provide detailed legal analysis that reads like the work of a seasoned associate.

The firm's lawyers now use the AI assistant as they would a highly knowledgeable intern — except this intern has studied every relevant law, never forgets a precedent, and is available at any time. It does not replace the lawyers' judgment, but it dramatically reduces the time spent on research, first-pass document review, and drafting.
